- Sub-contractor applications – the details you submit on our “Become a Sub Contractor” form.

- To reply to your enquiry, send you our brochure, and provide quotes and services you ask for (to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract).
- To manage our relationship with customers and sub-contractors (our legitimate interests in running our business).
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam (our legitimate interests).
- To send you news about our work, only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping business and tax records.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services we use
We use trusted providers who process information on our behalf:
- Website hosting and email – our website and email are hosted in the UK by our IT provider.
- Google reCAPTCHA – protects our forms from spam. Google’s privacy policy applies to its use: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Crisp – provides our live chat (crisp.chat).
- Google Maps and YouTube – embedded maps and videos are provided by Google and may set their own cookies when you view them.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years unless they lead to work with us. Customer and project records are kept for six years after the end of the project, as required for accounting and tax purposes.
